The workshop is designed to identify your key customer groups and the ways in which your web presence currently meets their needs.
1 Week

First we listen to you. Having reviewed your web presence, we play back our understanding of its main content, aims and audiences. We invite feedback to identify gaps and extent of understanding.

Most likely your business has many important customer types with various levels of priority.
Here we will introduce personas as a tool for customer engagement;
We will brainstorm together a variety of internal and external customer segments and types.

During this exercise we will pair up, elaborate on personas demographics, gain deeper understanding of their web use and touch-points;
Share personas and identify primary tasks for each; Test task completion against your web presence.

At this point we internalise the learnings so far and follow up by writing up the workshop personas and task outcomes. Once done, we will identify points for further research.

We conduct research of the current state of the website against the created personas;
We will then brainstorm improvements for web presence within market context.
Subsequent to the workshop phase we will deliver a report that identifies any gaps in your current strategy.

It's not always intelligent or possible to do everything at once. We will present insights and opportunities that will have most the effect first. Suggested changes will be made relating back to engagement of particular personas.
