The Twin Waters community has multiple living options within it, each with its own brand and target demographic. The Twin Waters brands are well established however; they have recently been updated and needed to be reflected within the websites.

To create the 'resort feel' and 'holiday atmosphere' that was required for this project, bold and colorful imagery was used.
The clean, fresh open design supported the 'coastal living' concept with a careful choice of the blue and green colour palette to emphasis the cool calmness of the location.
Core marketing messages were selected and integrated into the design, in a non obtrusive fashion, and were carefully matched with the images within each section.
The combination of marketing messages, website design, image selection and targeted copywriting makes this website a successful representation of the Twin Waters community and it's updated brand.
